HPV Immunisation Dates
- 3rd dose for the Year 11, 12 and 13 is the 31st March
- 1st dose for the Year 8 +10 is the 24th Feb,
- 2nd dose for the Year 8 + 10 is the 26th March,
- Final dose for the year 8 + 10 is the 30th June

Pupil Attendance
- Absences must be phoned in by parents on the day of absence to the pupil services office, stating the reason for the absence.
- In view of the negative impact on academic progress, we do not grant holiday leave for students during term time except in the most exceptional circumstances. Should parents/Guardians feel that there are such exceptional circumstances, they should put their request in writing to Mr M Lloyd. Such requests must be made prior to any arrangements being booked.
Email Communication
You may communicate with staff by email and they will acknowledge your email and get back to you as soon as they can. There is a strict code followed by all staff regarding emails and this includes not engaging in long debates about problematic issues: these should be dealt with by arranging a meeting. The purpose is mainly to exchange information.

Complaints Procedures
We want to ensure that all our pupils get the best out of their time in school. We want them to learn, to participate in activities in school and to enjoy their life here.
If things go wrong it is important that you get in touch with us immediately, especially if you wish to complain.
Please contact the School Office, leaving your child's name and tutor group and stating the nature of the complaint. A senior member of staff or the teacher concerned will return your call within 24 hours or within three working days if you have contacted us in writing.
Ranger Outpost
Ranger Outpost software is available for staff and students to access their work from home (or any location outside the school computer network). The latest client software is available to download below.
